"Very difficult to cancel auto and renters insurance. Was told to cancel in writing, which I did. Then I was told he needed my new insurance declarations page to cancel my policy, which is not necessary. I have switched insurance many times and that was never a requirement to cancel my insurance. Even after I sent what he requested, he told me that my insurance is canceled but may be kicked back because I didn’t follow his instructions. I clearly have email proof that I followed his instructions. I will never do business with State Farm again. Not a good experience."

"In order to cancel your policy you must follow the State of Louisiana requirements. Those directions were given to you multiple times; however, you didn't follow our directions. Review the previous emails and follow the instructions given. "
