"UPDATED REVIEW: I never thought I’d have to update a review. I’m not exactly sure where to start. Let’s start with the fact that I’ve been with Jonathan Stewart’s office since 2015. I had the rudest customer service experience today with Tonia. I hope they record their phone calls. The proof is right there on it if they do. I understand people have bad days, but there was more than one instance on the call where she was rude and condescending. Whether she thinks she was or not. Did I get snippy in return? Yes, at certain times, because I wasn’t going to sit and deal with that kind of service on a product that I spend my hard earned money on. I work in customer service, and I know the way you treat your customers is how you make your money. Well, as of today, I think it’s time to start shopping around. Even if I have to spend a little more money, it’s worth it if the customer service is right. I’ve dealt with Ms. Connie and Toris and they’re absolutely wonderful to deal with. Not Tonia. She doesn’t need to be talking to people. Or at least being a customer service representative where people spend their money. My Original 5 star ⭐️ Review I’ve been with Jonathan Stewart since 2015.
